RadCartesianChart : Turn off smart lable on particular point

I am a bit unsure what you mean. The smart labels are a feature of the chart that affects all labels in all series. You cannot turn off the feature for a specific label.

Also, you cannot turn off a label or a label connector for a specific point. A series either creates labels for all points or for none of them.

However, depending on your exact needs we may be able to suggest a work-around. As I mentioned earlier, I am unsure what is the final result you are after and if you were to send a few snapshots/drawings of the desired result we may get a better understanding of what you are after.

I don't think that it is very friendly to make your users right-click a label and hiding it. Is this what you need? Perhaps you can use a track-ball or a crosshair instead of labels. Alternatively you can use sampling to decrease the number of points, thus decreasing the number of labels. Let us know if you need further assistance.
