The illustrated Line chart can be created via Graph item. Please follow the steps in the How to: Create Line Chart article.
You can change the XAxis.Scale to be LogarithmicScale, and then set the Graph.Series.X property to visualize series based on the updated axis. For more details check How to change the axis scale to Logarithmic:
