RadPropertyGrid RadBrowseEditorElement doesn't save selected file path

I am having a issue with the RadPropertyGrid custom editor. The custom editor is a BrowseEditorDialogType to select a file path. But when I select new file the PropertyValueChanging event doesn't fire and the file path remains the same. Since there are not a lot of examples on the File browse editor I couldn't figure out how to resolve this problem
